Sunnydale Central 3's hotel of choice this year is the lovely
and newly opened Renaissance
Toronto Airport Hotel.
This fabulous new facility opened in April of this year and is located
close to Toronto's Pearson International Airport.
Located at 801 Dixon Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, reservations
can be made directly by calling 1-800-630-2594 or locally at 416-675-6100.
Be sure to mention that you are with Sunnydale Central 3 to receive
our special rates. Do not forget to claim your Marriott Rewards points,
if you are on that program!
Reservations can also be made online at the hotel's
secure website. The Group Code to get the special Sunnydale Central
rates is sunsuna. This is already entered for you
in the link above; if you don't use the direct link above (e.g. you
get to the reservations page from another link on the hotel website),
you will need to enter the Group Code yourself. Ensure that the
Group Code is filled in before finishing your online reservation or you
will be charged the hotel's regular room rates.
Reservations MUST be made by September 1 as any remaining rooms within
the Sunnydale Central 3 room block will be released at that time.

may not be immediately available.

Pearson International Airport to the hotel.
NOTICE
It is important to note that by going to a hotel this year,
the convention will have more financial obligations. This means that
the convention
is obliged to have a room block. A room block is the number of
bedrooms booked and paid for by the attending membership of Sunnydale
Central
3. The total number of rooms is then accounted for by the hotel
under the convention's name. The more bedrooms within the room block
that
are occupied, the more each attending member assists the convention
in reducing the costs of the function space being used to put on
Sunnydale Central 3. This reduction in costs allows for more money
to put into other areas of the convention, including guests and programming.
Staying at the hotel also has its advantages in that it allows us
to
program later into the evening and means that people are not faced
with travelling late at night and then returning early the next day.
It is our hope that regulars to both previous Sunnydale Centrals will
be in the party mood and there is nothing like a good party to end
the evening on a good note.
