Reception with light supper. All guests are confirmed to appear but
subject to professional committments as always. Seating is limited.

Style Dips (on the side)
- Toasted Pita Points and Grilled Flat Breads

- Flat Breads and Fresh Baguettes

Saturday, Oct. 2 at 7 PM
Dinner
All guests are confirmed to appear but subject to
professional committments as always. During dinner, the guests will
be spend time at each table to talk to each group. They will alternate
tables, spending about 10 to 15 minutes at each table. Seating is limited.

$45 per person (VIP ticketholders $35), limited to 45 people
Please note: Due to the change in hotel, we've had
to adjust the ticket price going forward. There's no additional cost
for those who have already bought dinner tickets.

- Field Greens Salad - Combination of Crisp Red Oak, Frisee, Romaine,
Lola Rosa, Boston and Radicchio with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette (on the
side)
- Thyme Roasted Breast of Chicken with Whiskey Jus Lié, Maple
Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Market Fresh Vegetables
- Dessert - New York Style Cheesecake OR Raspberry Coulis
- Coffee and assorted Teas
