Please, read all of the information in our dealer's
contract very
carefully, then send us a signed copy of the contract.

Sunnydale Central — October 1 to 3, 2004 — will take place at
the Renaissance Toronto Airport Hotel, located at 801 Airport Road,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. See our hotel page for hotel information,
including room rates, making reservations, and driving directions.
The table fee is $100 CDN and includes: one standard 6 ft. table,
two chairs and a Silver Level Membership. Everyone "working" the
table must have a Silver Level Membership to Sunnydale Central, which
must be purchased in addition to the table fees. The tables are assigned
on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those who
supply full payment and a signed contract. No deposits allowed.
Payments may be made using a credit
card (American Express, Master Card and Visa) through PayPal, money order, or cheque. After September
1, only PayPal receipts, certified cheques and money orders will be
accepted.
Dealers can start setting up at noon Friday (October 1) after reporting
in at the Registration Table. (Most of programming does not start until
6 pm on Friday.) We recommend you bring your own cart for unloading.
Please read section 3 of our dealer's
contract, in particular points:
C, D, E and F regarding new hotel
policies.
Please let us know what you will be selling so we can promote you.

the Sunnydale Central website.
