PANELS, PANELS!

For those of you interested in participating as panelists, the list of preliminary panels has been posted. If you wish to be on a panel, or want to contribute ideas for panels, contact Candice via the website. She will then get in touch with you and follow up on your ideas or add you to our list of panelists.

Sunnydale Central is a small, intimate convention which will allow you more up-close and personal access to the guests than larger events do.

Day Rates (aka "at the door" rates)

At-door registrations will be CASH ONLY. We cannot process credit cards, Interac (debit cards) or PayPal at the door. Weekend rates will still be available but single day tickets will be only $40 per person (Saturday or Sunday ONLY). Single day tickets DO NOT include autographs. James Leary will be selling his own autographs and photos — these are separate from the tickets for the main guests of Sunnydale Central 3.

Tickets for the Reception and Dinner might still be available at the door, subject to availability. Seating at the Reception and Dinner is limited to 45 people at each event.

NOTE: VIP tickets are almost SOLD OUT! VIP tickets are for the first two rows alone — only 20 tickets in total.

All tickets are non-refundable should you, the buyer, have to cancel.

The room block is nearly sold out. Extra rooms have been added to the room block and the cutoff date has been extended to September 10. Book your room today!

By going to a hotel this year, Sunnydale Central 3 has more financial obligations. This means that the convention is obliged to have a room block.

A room block is the number of bedrooms booked and paid for by the attending membership of Sunnydale Central 3. The total number of rooms is then accounted for by the hotel under the SC3's name. The more bedrooms within the room block that are occupied, the more each attending member assists the SC3 in reducing the costs of the function space being used to put on Sunnydale Central 3. This reduction in costs allows for more money to put into other areas of the SC3, including guests and programming.

Staying at the hotel also has its advantages in that it allows us to program later into the evening and means that people are not faced with travelling late at night and then returning early the next day. It is our hope that regulars to both previous Sunnydale Centrals will be in the party mood and there is nothing like a good party to end the evening on a good note.
